Nov 26, 2025 The Winter Community Event of my funding instrument (IAS Luxembourg) took place today. I enjoyed catching up with friends and colleagues from different fields. However, the talk about Linked Open Data by Prof. Joëlle Weis inspired me to investigate how I can make my data sets reusable by other researchers. She demonstrated how Linked Open Data is of particular use for interdisciplinary research on the example of wine labels and coat of arms. The website to the project can be found [here].
Nov 24, 2025 🎉 The paper How protein hydration depends on amino acid composition, peptide conformation, and force fields just got accepted! During my Master time I had a chance to investigate the hydration shell structure of intrinsically disordered proteins.
